Job Summary:

To provide oversight andprogram management of our Residential Program in Sabah, Malaysia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Management

» Develop short and

» Ensure that a therapeutic environment conducive to recovery and sustainable success is maintained.

» Develop and update, as needed, program procedures and policies.

» Oversee planning, delivery

» Make changes as needed to keep the services competitive and compliant based on best practices and changing innovations.

» Establish the utilization of therapeutic outcome measures relevant to the population served which will assist in identification of appropriate curriculum and best practices.

» Collaborate with the clinical leadership in designing solutions for service challenges or gaps related to the population served.

» Analyze budgets and make recommendations to maintain program efficiency without compromise on quality.  

Staff Management

» Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team, management, organizational and cross departmental teams as required.

» Responsible for hiring, training, performance evaluation, compliance, timekeeping, discipline and termination for onsite staff.

» Monitor and enforce therapist productivity to ensure compliance with agency documentation and utilization standards.

» Oversee and provide clinical and/or programmatic supervision for the administrative assistant, counselors and residential facility director.

» Also available to residential support staff as/if needed.

Other

» Represent Solace Sabah at committees,

» Coordinate intern activities and other assigned tasks as needed.

» Maintain privileging and credentialing requirements and pursue professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

» Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

» Excellent interpersonal  and strong leadership skills

» Computer skills (MS Office programs)

Education and Experience:

» Minimum requirement: Masters Degree in Psychology or equivalent. PHD in Psychology will be an added advantage.  

» At least 5 years of experience in Addiction Treatment Management/CBT/DBT/Co Morbid DisordersCo Morbid Disorders
